Respected authority ,
please take notice of increasing deaths and other morbidity due to encephalitis or dengue fever in the country. These diseases are spreading as epidemic and killed hundreds within few months in UP, BIHAR, ODDISA, ASAM and other states . Our live knowledge network by intellectual professionals from institutions of India and abroad is emotionally  concerned with the issue and demands from the governments of India to set a central evaluation team for assessing the condition on the ground , a central cum state information system on disease and its prophylaxis , and immediate patient referral through teli-medicine centers in apex medical colleges. Our some members are associated with AIIMS and other medical institutes or apex medical colleges of the country  and feel that these can be used as guiding centers for this issue. THE HUMAN RESCUE TEAM AND RESEARCH REPERTORY
