Shivani Bhatnagar murder case; Advocate Ashok Arora being victimized for criticizing conflicted judgement? A public issue appeal at humanrescueintermedia

Could intellectual expression of an individual be a crime  ? Check a document of public appeal for accumulated expression of dissent with respective judgement. Noted advocate is near the edge to be booked in criminal act as per direction of honorable Delhi high court for vigorously criticizing fresh verdict  in Shivani Bhatnagar murder case on his personal blog,  in which he alleged the judgement a corrupt disposition . The verdict was near about not clear on who got Shivani killed, so let this question die or give an ear to the advocate for his reasoning although he is being charged of contempt of the court in the issue?

  1. Soon to become a Top of the Mind, burning issue for India.

No Indian citizen, of whatever rank or status must regard India as her or his fiefdom, after all Constitution is supreme.

Laws & Regulatory mechanisms have though got corrupted & eroded & People’s movements are on a motivated correction drive. Latter must no longer, be ignored.

This is very unfortunate that someone is booked for contempt for giving independent opinion. India is a democratic country and everyone is having a right to form opinion about anyone. If at all the article by ashok arora is defamatory, then justice ahmed can approach the criminal court or file a civil suit but as such the contempt action is not maintainable. It appears that corrupt judiciary is forming cartel against general public and most unfortunately some new and young lawyers are also acting strangely with a hope to get into the good books of judges! or might be petitioner lawyer is the set up by justice ahmed! nothing but just a publicity stunt! what ashok arora did, should have been done much before.
